1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unassembled products in their original packaging.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special-order items and items marked as final sale at purchase are not eligible for returns.
1.3 Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return and refund.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Initiating a Return: Please contact NovaDome Customer Service with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the process. We will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
2.2 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is advised to use a trackable shipping method. NovaDome cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
3. INSPECTION & REFUND TIMELINE
3.1 Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
3.2 Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
4.1 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. NovaDome will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as needed under our warranty terms.
5. EXCHANGES
5.1 Direct Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 Customers outside the US and Canada are responsible for additional return fees, customs duties, and international shipping costs. Please contact our team for guidance on international returns.
